Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin calls out the elephant in the room.
Maybe five years ago the U.S. could still get away with lecturing the rest of the world on how to manage its money, but not anymore. Now, it’s an embarrassment.
The Paper Tiger that is the United States has been revealed as the Ponzi-scheme it is, and – outside of the propaganda-soaked U.S. echo-chamber – the world understands.
"As we all know, the global economic crisis started neither in Greece, nor in Russia, nor in Europe," Mr. Putin told a news conference after talks with George Papandreou. "It came to us from across the ocean," he said in a clear reference to the United States.

"There (in the U.S.) we can see similar problems - massive external debt, budget deficit" Said Putin.
Putin said Russia and Greece should concentrate on the "real economy" to weather the economic crisis, according to the Globe and Mail report.
While the sinking United States is still arranging the deck chairs, the rest of the world has seen the Ponzi Nation for what it is, and is moving on.
